Shipping policy

International orders, once shipped, are typically delivered in 15-25 business days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.)

We deliver Internationally; however, the COD option may not be available for all pin codes.

All orders placed on Fashtreet are dispatched via FedEx, Aramex, USPS, DHL.

Returns and exchanges

We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at sales@fashtreet.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.

However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to ask for parcel opening video and disable accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed

We do not accept any damage complaints after 24 hours of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.

Note: Jewellery Items cannot be returned. There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.

CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

You can now cancel an order when it is in packed/shipping status, as long as the cancel option is available on the Website. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be processed in the form of a gift card or store credit, which can be used on your next purchase.

Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by sending an email to sales@fashtreet.com
